1. Check the purity of the cooling water
The purity of the cooling water is the key to ensure the laser output efficiency of the laser welding machine and the life of the laser concentrating cavity assembly. The conductivity of the internal circulating water should be checked once a week to ensure that the conductivity is 30.5 MW•cm and must be changed once a month. For the inner deionized water, the conductivity of the newly injected pure water must be 32 MW•cm. Always pay attention to the color change of the ion replacement column in the cooling system. Once the color of the resin in the replacement column is found to be dark brown or even black, the resin should be changed immediately.
2. Check the output spot of the laser
Equipment operators can often check the laser output spot with black paper. Once the spot is uneven or the energy is reduced, the cavity of the laser should be adjusted in time to ensure the beam quality of the laser output of the fiber laser.
3. The adjustment of the laser must be carried out by specially trained personnel.
The adjustment of the laser must be carried out by specially trained personnel, otherwise the other components on the optical path will be destroyed due to the misalignment or deviation of the laser. The red semiconductor laser is the reference for all optical paths, and it must first be ensured that it is correct. Use a simple height gauge to check whether the red light is parallel to the top surface of the optical bench rail and on the center line between the two rails of the optical bench. If there is a deviation, it can be adjusted by 6 fastening screws. After adjusting, pay attention to check again that all the fastening screws can be completely tightened.
