1. If there is abnormal noise during operation, stop the operation immediately, find out the cause, and report to the relevant equipment maintenance personnel for maintenance if necessary.

2. Regularly add grease to the spindle bearings. (added once in 3000 hours)

3. Regularly check the belt of the vibrating knife cutting machine, the power button and the grinding wheel for cracks.

4. Check the power button regularly for flexibility.

5. Check the wear of the cutting knife and cracks in time.

6. The power should be cut off during maintenance, according to the initial judgment of the fault.

7. If the belt pulley is seriously worn, the same type of V-belt should be replaced and fastened.

8. If the spindle bearing is seriously worn, it should be replaced in time.

9. After use, carry out cleaning work.
